Since some weirdos (cough) decided to try playing without some commonly decided upon cards, we have some interesting things to look at.
I tried dropping Necropotence and Dig Through Time for Hope of Ghirapur and an second main Duress. Yes, the cards I took out are objectively more powerful. But the idea was to replace them with one mana pieces of interaction. I am not convinced this is the right thing to do, but Hope did help me win a few games.
Duress was down overall, and Daze's numbers are a bit higher this week.
Nothing particularly stands out in the sideboards other than SingPanMan packing double Hydroblast. He says it is a great choice when the meta calls for it, and a second place finish says that this might be that time.
