Thoughts
A 54-Main Core isn't something we have seen for a while, but Clone9 tried something interesting this week. Not something I agree with, but interesting.
Removing Demonic Consultation from the list is... bold. Of all the Restricted cards in Doomsday, only Necropotence is the one I'd consider cutting. The off chance of "My gameplay is now dig for either Oracle or Consultation" is high enough. Granted, I can see the main deck Opposition Agent as a potential positive. I've tried it before. Demonic Consultation is not the cut.
Two copies of Opposition Agent in the main, though, that's interesting. It adds another angle of attack, and even Shops decks are searching more these days. Still, since Doomsday does not win via damage, so I question it.
I'm interested in seeing XShockWaveX on Peek and Chain of Vapor. To be honest, I am kind of into Chain right now since there are more permanents theses days we want gone. And sometimes they are never cast.
TheJigIsAlwaysup is on the same sideboard list as last week. I must assume things have been going well. The results seem to show so. That said, CrazyDiamond513 is on a standard sideboard. So it's fair to say Vintage isn't exactly stagnant.
I'm surprised to see Tasigur in Clone9's side, but with the main Opposition Agents it makes more sense. Also choosing to put the extra Island in the main opens up a sideboard slot. Not the worst of ideas.
But, Dredge and Hogaak seem to be doing slightly better, which means I'm not sure I'd sell those Leylines of the Void just yet.
