Thoughts
If you're going to play Tinker Doomsday, I do like the one copy of Beseech the Mirror. Getting Necropotence to refill your hand or simply casting Doomsday or Tinker to go for the win is quite a powerful play. The Vault/Key version seems weaker without Urza's Saga, but a fourth-place run is still nice. The power of Doomsday. I'm unsurprised that the version with four copies of Doomsday did better. I don't know why you'd ever cut one.
Sheoldred, the Apocalypse is back in full force in the sideboards. Mindbreak Trap, too.
I don't get Annul, though. Someone fill me in on the reasoning for that one.
Bonus Spice
Look at this. Absolutely bonkers. I do love me a weird deck, but I wouldn't exactly count a deck with a one-off of Doomsday a Doomsday deck. Still looks like a good time. I'm too chicken not to run a shitton of counters, though.
