As the effects of Modern Horizons 2 ripple throughout the format and we prepare to "venture into the dungeon", Doomsday stays... relatively the same. Winning Saturday's challenge and doing kind of poorly in Sunday's, let's peek at this past week's lists.

Thoughts
We have a 57-11 core this week. Experimentation has given way to personal choice and attempts to edge out the meta. The only Modern Horizons 2 card is my silly self playing Profane Tutor. It was okay. I should have played Cling to Dust.
I chose to play a Watery Grave, which was a mistake in hindsight. UR Aggro and Bazaar decks makes that life loss bad. So the other differences amount to the extra draw and counter slots. Enrichetta made an interesting choice to play a copy of Disrupt which acts as counter and draw. Most are on the Portent/Flusterstorm plan, though.
Cling to Dust seems like it should be our choice right now due to all the Bazaar decks. It even gives an edge against Dreadhorde Arcanist and Deathrite Shaman.
Sideboards are quite standard except for Enrichetta's two copies of Pithing Needle. I like this. Not only does it help against Bazaar decks, it gives us little edges in BUG and Shops matchups. Sometimes. It might not be necessary.
Because MaxMagicer and discoverN did well with standard lists. Too much tweaking may be unnecessary. Practice, practice, practice. And luck. Better lucky than good, right?
